    The fenugreek plant is also known as Greek hay (Trigonella foenum-graecum) and can grow up to 60 cm high. It is cultivated in various countries in the Near and Middle East such as Morocco, China, southern France and Greece .

    Fenugreek is one of the oldest cultivated and medicinal plants. It contains the following nutrients:

    • Vitamin A
    • Vitamin B1, B2, B3, B5, B6
    • vitamin C
    • potassium
    • phosphorus
    • iron
    • zinc
