    Ashwagandha, also known as Indian ginseng , belongs to the plant genus Withania and has the botanical name "withania somnifera". Ashwagandha has been well known for many years in traditional medicine in India, Afghanistan and Pakistan as a natural remedy.

    INGREDIENTS

    Dosage: 1 veg. capsule
    Ingredients per dosage:

    • Ashwagandha root extract 450mg
      • thereof withanolides 11.3mg

    Ingredients: Ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera; standardized to 2.5% total withanolides), rice flour, glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); anti-caking agent: stearic acid (vegetable source)

    Not manufactured with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

    DIRECTIONS

    Take 1 capsule per day with plenty of water. Or after consultation with your doctor/health practitioner.
