What is Echinacea?
Echinacea (Echinacea purpurea) belongs botanically to the Asteraceae family and is also known as red coneflower or hedgehog's head (Greek echinos = hedgehog).[1 ] All species of the coneflower plant originate from North America, where they can be found in the high mountains, meadows and prairies. USE
