Now Foods Kelp Tablets are vegan and contain iodine from kelp . The tablets are easy to swallow and GMO-free.
Kelp is a brown algae and comes from the cooler coastal regions of the world, especially the North Pacific. The length of the algae is up to 60 meters and can grow up to 30 centimetres per day.[1] Kelp contains elements such as
