    INGREDIENTS

    Dosage: 2 veg. capsules

    Ingredients per dosage:

    • L-Tryptophan 1000mg

    Ingredients: L-tryptophan (free form), glazing agent: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule); rice flour, antioxidant: ascorbyl palmitate; anti-caking agent: stearic acid (vegetable source)

    APPLICATION

    Take 2 capsules per day approx. 30 minutes before going to bed with plenty of water or as prescribed by your doctor.

    Important note: Consult a doctor or therapist before consuming L-tryptophan. Not suitable for pregnant women, nursing mothers, children and adolescents. The ability to participate in road traffic may be impaired after ingestion.
