    The valuable ingredients of gotu kola are primarily asiaticosides. Other ingredients include calcium, iron, potassium, beta-carotene, vitamins B1 and B2, vitamin C, niacin, triterpene saponins, triterpenes, flavonoids and essential oil[1].
